Product Service Manager
Job Description :
- The Production Services Manager supervises the entire operation related to the Housekeeping department. Within the scope of the budget and well-defined management norms he/she must ensure a smooth operation.
- The Security Manager supervises the entire operation related to Security & Safety (i.e., Fire Prevention, Security in the entire Hotel Novotel & Ibis Solo, First Aid, etc.). Within the scope of the budget and well-defined management norms he must ensure a smooth operation.
- Operates and control an effective energy management program. Perform periodic inspection of entire property and address actions to be done. Achieves optimal operating efficiency by closely adhering to procedures detailed in the Technical Maintenance manual. Establish and maintain effective employee relation.
Qualification :
-Bachelor Degree (BA)
-Minimum of 3-4 years in similar hotel capacity and category, preferably with opening experience as Executive Housekeepers.
