Position Summary:
The Regional Training Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, managing and delivering quality training programmes to enhance productivity and quality of work, and building loyalty to the Hotel.

He or she will be working closely with units HR and Training Manager to ensure effective induction and development of their colleagues.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Degree holder in Human Resources or Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
- A Minimum of 3-5 years solid training experience in the hotel Industry
- Excellent presentation skills and experience facilitating training for all levels of colleagues
- Collaborates effectively with others to identify and resolve Management issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and bahasa
- High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel and Power Point
- Good Human Relation skills in all levels
