Food & Beverage Service Manager
SKILLS REQUIRED:
High level of English communication skills and Spanish language is an advantage.
Demonstrated the ability to build relationship.
Has ability manage customer service .
High level of leadership skills
Excellent computer skills.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED :
Has excellent knowledge of handling complaint
Has excellent knowledge of Food & Service Operations
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
3 ( three ) years in Food & Beverage Operation Management position at five star hotel. Or minimum one year at the same position at large hotel or international chains
* Has min 2 years experience in handling MICE and Banquet.
