Director Sales and Marketing (Medan based)
Sales and Marketing Manager (Medan based)
F&B Manager (Medan based)
All positions required these following requirements:
Able to speak English
Min. 2 years experiences in the same position
Preferably with Hotel background,
Preferably has extensive knowledge of Medan market
Highly motivated, positive, energetic and with good personality,
Has good communication skills and able to work within team.

Skills and Knowledge
* Extensive experience with and knowledge of Loss Prevention operational procedures
* Knowledge of emergency plans, safety and security guidelines
* Effective decision making skills & Influence Skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of overall hotel operations as they affect department
* Knowledge of civil laws pertaining to hotels
* Ability to effectively manage labor productivity, good presentation & platform skills.
* Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
* Strong organization skills and analytical skills
* Strong customer and associate relation skills
* Good training/facilitator skills
* Knowledge of governmental regulations and safety standards (OSHA, EPA, ADA, CFC, PA) preferred
Education or Certification
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
* Ability to pass a criminal history background check
* First Aid and CPR certification
* Certified Lodging Security Director of Certified Protection Professional preferred
General requirements:
* Having strong leadership with good communication skill in English (both written and spoken)
* Enjoy routine in operation work and able to work under pressure
* Able to work flexible hour and independently with variety of tasks simultaneously
