INDO HHRMA - Karma Kandara is currently searching for an experienced

Financial Controller

to be part of our team.

Based in Ungasan - Bali , the Financial Controller will direct and organizes the activities of the resort Accounting Department to maintain high standards in cost controlling.


Key Responsibilities

· Oversee the functions of administration and planning of the Resort Accounting Department to meet the daily needs of the operation

· Prepare the monthly financial statements in accordance with general accounting principles, the Company policy where appropriate and to comply with local Law and Regulations

· Prepare periodic internal and external reports to management as tools for maximizing profits and planning for the future.

· Maintain adequate systems of internal control to effectively safeguard the assets of the Company and to assure that all transactions are properly reflected in the books and records of the resort.

· To supervise the operation of the various Resort’s Accounting sub-departments, such as Accounts Receivable, Cost Control, Night Audit, Outlet Cashiers, Stores and Receiving, and Purchasing.

· Implement effective control of all costs food, beverage, supplies, equipment, etc., among all Resort Sub-Departments. Insure proper use, maintenance, repair and storage of Accounting supplies, equipment and facilities. Insure proper stock levels are maintained.

· To ensure that physical inventories of all supplies and all operating equipment are being taken on a monthly basis.

· To ensure that the hotel complies with the established credit and collection procedures, with particular attention to front office and event function processes.


General Requirements

· Possess at least a Bachelor in Accounting or equivalent.
· Previous Hotel Accounting experience at least 3 years, in the role of Financial Controller.
· Possess strong communication skills both in written & verbal communication
· Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
· A deep understanding of the budgeting and accounting principles, with strong analytical and financial skill
· Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office application and working knowledge with MYOB
