TRAINING MANAGER

Scope of the role includes but not limited to:
- Conduct Training Needs Analyses
- Develop Training Business Plan in conjunction with the pre and post opening requirement
- Ensure all new hires receive mandatory Starwood Corporate Training program
- Facilitate management training program
- Monitor all training activities conducted on and off site
- Maintain an up to date on line training record
- Facilitate management training program
- Develop On-The-Job Training program in cooperation with hotel schools
- Drive the implementation company culture and be a role model

Requirement for this role:

- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal, Indonesia/English)
- Well Organized and Administration skills
- Quality awareness
- Computer skills
