Human Resources Manager

You'll be an integral member of the hotels management team, providing expertise in the areas of change management, employee engagement administration efficiencies of overall business strategy.

You'll report directly to the General Manager and you will help create a desired work culture.

Key responsibilities of the role include :
-Development and implementation of strategies and policies for:
1. Recruitment & Succession Planning
2. Compensation & Benefits, including health insurance etc
3. Industrial relations issues
4. Internal communication effectiveness
5. Management development & effectiveness
6. Health & Safety
7. Training & customer satisfaction
8. Quality Management & continuous improvement of systems & processes
9. Annual department budgets & cost control initiatives

Qualifications Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following things we're looking for :
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager or Asst Human Resources - Manager in the Hospitality/ Hotel industry is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, written & oral with proficiency in English and local language
- ALREADY BASED IN MAKASSAR is preferred
- ABLE TO WORK in Team and Independently as well as with minimum supervision
