HHRMA BALI. The Bali Dynasty Resort is seeking a
Training Manager
to join its team. The ideal candidate must have been a Training Manager or Assistant Training Manager already for a minimum of two years in a four or five star hotel and have an outgoing personality, strong presentation skills, talented in establishing new training modules as per business needs. Be good hands on team player with a proven ability to maintain a high level of staff productivity, motivation and improve guest satisfaction.
In addition to the above the ideal candidate must possess the following qualities
- High proficiency in written and spoken English
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Computer literate
