1. College degree/Hotel School background
2. Good communication skill in English ( Other languages are advantage)
3. Mature and dynamic, good performance and kind personality.
4. Familiar with VHP is preferable
5. Experience in the same field minimum one year at reputable villa or 4/5 stars hotel
