Job Description:
To implement the Training and Development practices and system in various properties and ensures their adherence to Aston International Indonesia standards

Qualification :

* Male/ Female aged between 25- 35 years old
* Good command in English
* Good analytical skill
* Diploma Degree in Hotel School
* Computer literate
* At least 2 years working experiences in similar positions within 3 or 4 star hotels
* Training and Presentation Skills
* Mature, able to work under less supervision
* Outgoing personality and willingness to go beyond a call of duty
