Office Co-ordinator

Essential requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Management
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and Experience of maintaining and developing databases.
- Ability to facilitate requirement gathering with the business and interacting with departments and technical team(s).
- Ability to solve problems within area of work / knowledge.
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Demonstrable experience to listen and present ideas clearly and effectively, in user-friendly language.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and knowing when to escalate in a timely manner to manage department’s expectations.
- Experience supporting a global organization.
- Understanding company goals and objectives.
- Technical knowledge of mobile technologies.
- Purchasing and invoice processing.
- IT Relate knowledge and experience.
- Can work under pressure
- Good computer skill
