MARKETING COMMUNICATION MANAGER
Responsibilities:
* Along with Sales Marketing team responsible for proposing and implementing strategies that promote revenue growth and support the Hotel's brand positioning and image
* Responsibilities may include leveraging and executing social media and website strategies
* Work collaboratively with a diverse staff team to create and manage cross-organizational, integrated marketing strategies.
* Coordinate internal and external communications projects such as menu, hotel promotion material, web site production and other collateral.
* Provide writing and editing support for all communication including promotional materials, website content, a monthly newsletter and other social media.
* Review and edit existing promotional materials for marketing effectiveness,cross-selling implications and adherence to brand guidelines
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing , Advertising, Media or equivalent.
* Proficient in English TOEFL or other similar certification
* Basic knowledge of photoshop
* Leveraging and executing social media and website
* At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

MIXOLOGIST
Responsibilities:
* Mixologist will need to master the basics of bartending, from customer service and drink preparation to cleaning, inventory control and social responsibility
* Advanced knowledge of spirits, wine and beer as well as mixes and garnishes
* Glassware and equipment expertise
* Spirits brands expertise. Knowledgeable diners now expect you to be able to recommend and mix drinks by brand
* Chemistry – what to mix together to create outstanding cocktails
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food and Beverage,
* At least 2 years experience in similar capacity in luxury hotel/resort or bar
* Ability to read and speak in English.

HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT
Responsibilities:
* Perform any combination of work involves inventory,stocking and organizing supplies, vacuuming carpets, polishing furniture andcleaning guest rooms and other guest-facing areas of the resort establishment.
* Giving guests a comfortable environment make their beds, change the sheets and replenish and refresh hotel room amenities. Housekeeping attendants must respect the privacy of guests.
Requirements:
* Relevant University Diploma or Degree
* At least 1 years experience in similar capacity in luxury hotel/resort
* This position requires strong attention to detail, ability to communicate in English effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form, and the ability to bend, lift, and be standing or walking all day
* Impeccable grooming
BUTLER
Responsibilities:
* Responsible of takes care of guests' needs in a highly proficient manner and enables one to provide highly personalized, detailed and flawless service to guests.
* The butlers will take gentle care of all their guests from arrival until departure without imposing themselves on the guest. The butler will be seen by the guests in response to all the guest's needs and requests.
* Butlers will not accept anything less that the best available presentation of the suites/rooms and public areas of the floors.
* The butler will strive to create an atmosphere that makes a "wow" impression on the guests.
Requirements:
* Relevant University Diploma or Degree.
* At least 2 years experience in similar capacity in luxury hotel/resort
* This position requires strong attention to detail, ability to communicate in English effectively with guests and team members verbally or in written form
* Ability to recommend activities and entertainment to the guests
* Dynamic,passion for serving guests and ability to follow detail instruction with little supervision

COOK
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for managing the food production / kitchen operations while ensuring highly personalized and detail service to the guests
Requirements:

* At least 1 years experience in similar capacity in luxury hotel/resort
* Ability to read and speak in English
* Ability to work in a diverse work environment while remaining focused on guests satisfaction
* Maintain standard food recipes within required production schedule, preparation, service and storage sanitation standard
WAITER/WAITRESS
Responsibilities:

Requirements:

* At least 1 years experience in similar capacity in luxury hotel/resort
* Able to read and speaking English.

* Ability to work under pressure and long hours.
JAPANESE GUEST RELATION
Responsibilities:
* Responsible of takes care of guests' needs in a highly proficient manner and enables one to provide highlypersonalized, detailed and flawless service to guests.
Requirements:
* Relevant University Diploma or Degree.
* Must be native Japanese
* At least 2 years experience in similar capacity in luxury hotel/resort

SPA THERAPIST
Responsibilities:
* Ensuring that each guests receive an efficient, friendly, consistent and personalized service
* Maintaining high standards of upkeep and cleanliness throughout the Gym & Spa
Requirements:
* Relevant University Diploma or Degree.
* Strong customer awareness and excellent customer service skills
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to speak in English
* At least 2 years experience in similar capacity in luxury hotel/resort
* Dynamic,Pleasant and Cheerful personality
* Ability to work under pressure and long hours.
CHEF DE PARTY PASTRY
Responsibilities:
* Ensuring the production of pastry and bread for the resort
* Maintaining stock control and hygiene of pastry kitchen and other kitchen area
Requirement
* Relevant University Diploma or Degree.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to read and speak in English
* At least 2 years experience in similar capacity in luxury hotel/resort
