Chef de Partie
Scope of position: Chef de Partie doing all Culinary Daily Basis from planning, manage, organize, evaluate and close monitoring and supervise all Chef, rank and file also stewarding
Qualifications:
· Experience 3 years relevant working experience in hotel or sizable catering establishment with three years in similar position. Culinary daily basis, administration and management skill
· Culinary daily basis strength
· Special Skills Self driven leadership and culinary system
· Up to standard in all single detail section of scheduling and product
· Customized organizing, planning and coordinating all Food inquiries at The Edge
· Languages English fluently, other language and Indonesian, preferably was worked in Bali.
