HR Manager

Job Description and Responsibility:

* Have a good understanding of employee regulations
* Responsible for managing and controling office administrations and employee related issues
* Able to carry out recruitment process as required for permanent positions as well as daily workers
* Able to identify and coordinate training and development where necessary
* Create and monitor HR system to increase efficiency for management
* Deliver remunerations procedure
* Provide support for employees where needed


Job Requirements:

* S1 graduate from related field (Psychology or Law)
* Minimun 3 years experience in HR, hospitality industry is preferred
* Well groomed, loyal, diplomatic and mature
* Proactive and able to work effectively with minimum supervision.
* Able to speak and write in English
* Computer/internet literate
