1. FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
General Qualifications:
- Proficient in computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Solid time management, organization and prioritize skills
- Proven ability to effectively build and foster a team environment
- Ability to make decisions in a fast paced environment

Experience:
- This position requires a Food & Beverage Manager with at least 2-3 yrs of working experience in the same position in a hotel with at least 3 outlets
- Experienced in resolving customer issues/complaints as well as
overall excellent customer service required

Education :
- Candidate with a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent preferred

2. FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
General Qualifications:
- Good Command of English and Indonesia, both oral and written
- Computer Literacy
- Guest Satisfaction Oriented
- Good Communication skill
- Highly motivated & full initiatives
- Team work oriented with a good Leadership skill

Experience:
- Min. 2 yrs working experience in FO

Education:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/ Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent preferred

3. EXECUTIVE CHEF
General Qualifications:
- Male / Female
- Max. 40 yrs
- Has high creativity in serving new menu and in making food variety
- Fluent in English
- Computer Literate
- Previous experience with control food and labor cost, demonstration cooking, menu
development, pricing and development of culinary team preferred

Experience:
- Min. 3 yrs working experience as an Executive Chef in 4 to 5 stars Chain Hotel

Education:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree or related culinary degree with eight or more years of industry and culinary management experience

4. CHEF DE PARTIE for Pastry
General Qualifications:
- Male / Female
- Team work oriented
- Able to communicate in English
- Willing to work on flexible working hours
- Sanitation class certificate

Experience:
- Previous Chef de Partie experience or strong working experience in a Demi Chef de Partie role

Education:
- Candidate with a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent preferred

5. CHEF DE PARTIE for Bakery
General Qualifications:
- Male / Female
- Team work oriented
- Able to communicate in English
- Willing to work on flexible working hours
- Sanitation class certificate

Experience:
- Previous Chef de Partie experience or strong working experience in a Demi Chef de Partie role

Education:
- Candidate with a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent preferred

6. CHEF DE PARTIE for Kitchen Dining Room
General Qualifications:
- Male / Female
- Team work oriented
- Able to communicate in English
- Willing to work on flexible working hours
- Sanitation class certificate

Experience:
- Previous Chef de Partie experience or strong experience in a Demi Chef de Partie role

Education:
- Candidate with a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/
Hotel Management or equivalent preferred

7. CHIEF STEWARD
General Qualifications:
- Male
- Max. 35 yrs
- Good working knowledge of the fundamentals of hot and cold foods
- Must possess knowledge of the operation of kitchen equipment
- Must possess accepted knowledge of standard sanitation
- Good working knowledge of the fundamentals of catering operations required
- Team work oriented with a good Leadership skill

Experience:
- 2 yrs as Chief Steward

Education:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent preferred

8. STEWARD SUPERVISOR
General Qualifications:
- Male
- Max. 35 yrs
- Good working knowledge of the fundamentals of hot and cold foods
- Must possess knowledge of the operation of kitchen equipment
- Must possess accepted knowledge of standard sanitation
- Good working knowledge of the fundamentals of catering operations required

Experience:
- 2 yrs as Steward Supervisor

Education:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent preferred

9. BANQUET OPERATION /SERVICE MANAGER
General Qualifications:
- Male / Female
- Max. 40 yrs
- A mature and dynamic person who possess strong motivational, communication and leadership skills
- Excellent team player and people oriented
- Fluent in English
- Computer literate

Experience:
- 3 yrs as leader at Banquet Operation

Education:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent preferred

10. BANQUET MANAGER
General Qualifications:
- Male / Female
- Max. 40 yrs
- A mature and dynamic person who possess strong motivational, communication and leadership skills
- Excellent team player and people oriented
- Fluent in English
- Computer literate
- Excellent In Sales & Marketing

Experience:

- Min. 5 yrs in F&B Management experience at Banquet Operations of four/five stars hotel
- Proven record in delivering operating results in high volume
banquet operations in four/five stars hotel

Education:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent preferred

11. ASSISTANT MANAGER – ROOM SERVICE
General Qualifications:
- Male
- Max. 40 yrs
- Knowledge and experienced in cost control and menu analysis
- A matured and dynamic person who possess strong motivational, communication and leadership skills
- Excellent team player and people oriented
- Fluent in English
- Computer literate

Experience:
- 3 yrs as Senior Room Service Supervisor

Education:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent preferred

12. SALES EXECUTIVE or SALES MANAGER
General Qualifications:
- Good Command of English and Indonesia, both oral and written
- Has Salesmanship ability
- Computer literacy
- Highly motivated & full initiatives
- Team work oriented with good personality
- Able to work in highly competitive situation
- Young, smart, good attitude & good leadership
- Good Communication Skill

Experience:
- Preferable with Sales background and familiar with Travel Agent & Airlines segment

Education:

- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent preferred

13. ASST. EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER
General Qualifications:
- Male or Female
- Team work oriented
- Proficient in English language (verbal & written)
- Good computer skill
- Possess good Leadership skill

Experience:
- At least 2 yrs of related working experience, preferable with Housekeeping leadership
experience

Education:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
preferred

14. PUBLIC AREA SUPERVISOR-HOUSEKEEPING
General Qualifications:
- Male or Female
- Team work oriented
- Proficient in English language (verbal & written)
- Possess good Leadership skill

Experience:
- Preferable with Supervisor experience

Education:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent preferred

15. SECURITY MANAGER
General Qualifications:
- Male
- Possess good Leadership skill
- Excellent communication and networking skills in English and Indonesian (both oral or written)
- Good IT skill and experience of working in an office, including MS Word & Excel
- Excellent understanding of the Police and Security in Jakarta
- Strong competencies in Man Management, Training and Report writing
- Solid understanding of public/guest/employee safety, plus structural and facility security
- Excellent listening skills and great ability to resolve problems
- Great knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to
promote effective local security operations for the protection of people, data,
property, and institutions
- Solid knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations

Experience:
- A min. of 4 yrs work experience in a relevant field (Hospitality Industry)

Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree
