COOK / CDP/ PASTRY/ BUTCHER

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Under Responsibilities Chef de cuisine
- responsible and coordinates the production and the distribution defined by the chef
- respects and applies the standards and the procedures, the rules of hygiene and safety
- supervises and motivates its team
- To respect all of the menu that been standardize
- Work together with other nationalities as well
- serve the menu during restaurant hours
- Decorate the serving section
- Be able to do the Buffet and A la Carte style
- Insure the set up of buffets in the conditions required by schedules, presentation, of taste and temperature

Requirements :
- Has min 10 years experiences
- Speaks more than English will be the priority ( French, Deutch, Mandarin, Japanese, etc )
- Energetic and positive thinking
- Team player and hard worker
- Able to work long hours
- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to travel alone
- Ready to be posted overseas for minimum 1 year assignment
