Job Description:
To elaborate and prepare pastry items in accordance with the hotel technical/hygiene specifications and ensure that presentation of completed items meets the hotel criteria. Control wastage. Adhere to all aspect of Health & Safety. Maintain excellent coordination with F&B service.
