HHRMA Jakarta. Sparks Hotel Jakarta is an urban funky designer’s hotel which is located in the heart of Chinatown, opened on December 2004 with 8 (eight) storey building and some other facilities, including convention facilities, restaurant and bar, Karaoke and Spa. Our vision is to Be Young, Be Dynamic and Be a Star and we are now looking for the young and dynamic person to join our operation at Sparks.

1. Sales Manager
Requirements:
- Male, age maximum 35 years old
- Pleasant and good personality
- Minimum graduate Hotel Diploma (D3) or Business Administration preferably majoring in Marketing
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same position at 3 stars hotel or above
- Service Oriented person
- Good command in English, both oral and written
- Computer literate and good knowledge with Hotel Information System
- Good interpersonal, communication skill, has a good business links and result business drive
- Good selling and negotiation skills
- Easy to adapt and learn new ideas/concept
- Outgoing person and self motivated person
- Honest and loyal

2. Cashier
Requirements:
- Male/Female, age maximum 26 years old
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position at 3 stars hotel or above
- Preferably good cashiering knowledge in Food & Beverage
- Service Oriented person
- Good command in English, both oral and written
- Computer literate and good knowledge with Hotel Information System
- Strong leadership, self confident and emotionally mature
- Honest and loyal


3. Front Desk Assistant
Requirements:
- Male, age maximum 28 years
- Minimum height 165 cm with proportional weight
- Good Health and no glasses
- Minimum graduate from SMIP, hotel diploma will be an advantage
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position
- Good command in English, other language especially Mandarin will be advantage
- Computer literate
- Good personality and appearance
- Honest and loyal

4. Reservation Clerk
Requirements:
- Male / Female, age maximum 25 years
- Minimum 1 year working experience as Reservation Clerk in hospitality industry
- Honest and good interpersonal
- Computer literate and have knowledge of hotel information system.
- Good command in English

5. Demi Chef
Requirements:
- Male, age maximum 30 years old
- Good Health
- Hotel Diploma, majoring in food & beverage product is preferable
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same position at 3 stars hotel or above
- Strong in Asean and Western Cuisine
- Service Oriented person
- Good command in English
- Good interpersonal, communication skill and result drive personality
- High self-confident person and has good leadership
- Honest and loyal

6. Waitress / Greeter
Requirements:
- Female, age maximum 23 years
- Minimum height 165 cm with proportional weight
- Good Health and no glasses
- Minimum graduate from SMIP, hotel diploma will be an advantage
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position
- Good command in English
- Good personality and appearance

7. Technician / Electrician
Requirements:
- Male, age maximum 35 years old
- Minimum graduate form vocational school (STM)
- Electrical & Mechanical background is preferable
- Good Health, well groomed, neat and clean
- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position at 3 stars hotel or above
- Service Oriented person
- Good interpersonal, communication skill and result drive personality
- Easy to adapt and learn new ideas/concept
- Strong leadership, self confident and emotionally mature
- Honest and loyal
- Ready to work for long hours and irregular hours

Job Description:
To elaborate and prepare pastry items in accordance with the hotel technical/hygiene specifications and ensure that presentation of completed items meets the hotel criteria. Control wastage. Adhere to all aspect of Health & Safety. Maintain excellent coordination with F&B service.
