General Requirements :
- Male, age not more than 40 years old, preferably living in Bali
- Strong leadership and good personality
- Preferably graduated from a reputable university, majoring in Psycholgy / Law
- Has proven working experience in HRD
- Excellent knowledge in recruitment, payroll, performance appraisal, Industrial relation & Indonesia labor law
- Experience in training design & analysis is an advantage
