Our client have required for their luxury resort in Maldives Island to fill positions as below, now we are also looking for:

• CHIEF ENGINEER/MAINTENANCE MANAGER:

SALARY: USD1200 between USD 1500 and this position is eligible for Service charge.

Responsibilities:
1. In-charge of the Maintenance Department of the resort including engineering, landscaping and cleaning
2. Responsible for the Engineering- Power House, Sewage system, Water Plant, Mechanic & Electrical works, carpentry, masonry;
3. Overseeing Landscaping- Gardening and Cleaning- the Laborer team
4. Set up and maintain the Maintenance Department system and SOP

Requirement:
1. Preferable an Indian Male Manager
2. Good English proficiency, additional language/ Dhivehi will be an advantage
3. At least 5 years experiences in Resort Maintenance and Managerial
position, preferable with Island Resort experiences
4. Certified engineering qualifications in Mechanical & Electrical Computer literature
5. Willing to work in an island environment
6. Customer service oriented
7. Effective Leadership and Managerial skills


EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER:

SALARY: USD1600 and this position is eligible for Service charge.

Requirement:
1. Should hold extensive experience in Housekeeping with some leading brands for at least 6 years.
2. Should be holding a similar position for the last 1 to 2 years.
3. Should be between 30-35 years of age.
4. Thorough knowledge of all housekeeping functions, budgeting, inventory planning, textiles and horticulture and floriculture. Familiar with front office and engineering procedures.
5. Other than required job skills and related knowledge, the person to posses’ tremendous leadership qualities and be able to carry forwards a team of multicultural, multi level experience workforce. What is desired is a very dynamic personality for the front of the house guest interaction.
6. A pre opening experience with a knowhow of setting up new systems would be an added advantage.
